YoMariang is the environmental and circular systems division of Infinite Solutions Management Group (ISMG). Inspired by the Khasi concept of Iew Mariang, meaning Nature's Market, YoMariang transforms community skills, recovered resources, and local environmental knowledge into sustainable services and circular solutions.
Over the years, our team has managed environmental operations and waste management systems for high-footfall and high-visibility events, sports tournaments, and public programmes. Each project brought new challenges, from scale and timelines to behaviour change and coordination.
These experiences helped shape YoMariang's approach, one that balances planning with flexibility, systems with people, and responsibility with practicality.
YoMariang provides end-to-end waste management, environmental management, ecological landscaping, and community awareness services.
Our work covers the entire cycle:
Whether it is a cultural festival, sporting event, public programme or institutional project, YoMariang ensures that environmental management is seamless, compliant and effective.
For us, sustainability goes beyond waste. It is also about people, dignity and livelihoods.
We actively collaborate with local self-help groups, sanitation workers, volunteers and community partners, integrating them into waste management operations. This approach creates steady income opportunities, builds skills, and ensures that environmental action also supports local economies.
By involving communities directly, not just as beneficiaries, but as participants, YoMariang helps build systems that are owned, understood, and sustained long after a project ends.
Our team works closely with event organisers, institutions, local bodies, and community groups to design systems that suit the scale, context and audience of each project. From awareness drives and workshops to on-ground execution, every initiative is designed to encourage participation rather than enforcement.
This people-first approach allows sustainability to become a collective effort that is practical, inclusive and achievable.
As environmental challenges grow more complex, YoMariang continues to evolve.
The team is expanding its focus towards circular economy practices, waste innovation and long-term sustainability consulting, while strengthening its role in municipal surveys, GIS mapping, and system design across Meghalaya and neighbouring regions.
With each project, YoMariang remains committed to building cleaner spaces, stronger systems, and communities that are equipped to care for their environment, today and in the future.
Because real change doesn't happen overnight.
It happens step by step, together.
