ISMG started in 2017 with a simple belief: problems have roots, and feasible solutions can be crafted through the right people, meaningful data, creative thinking, and a grounded approach.
What began as a Sports management service agency, has grown into a group specialized in sport development, sporting events, community empowerment, sustainability, environmental systems, waste management, and human resource development.
Over the years, ISMG has worked with government bodies, public institutions, sports associations, corporates, non-profit organisations, local communities, workers, freelancers, event organisers, and project partners.
Our work has moved across field surveys, event operations, sports systems, waste studies, environmental planning, circular solutions, community participation, and project delivery.
