Every great story begins with a challenge, and ISMG’s started in 2017. What began as a call to manage a national sports project in Meghalaya soon turned and brought together a team that thrived on solving problems, not just managing them.
We strive for precision, coordination and trust.
From strategy rooms to football fields, ISMG built systems that blended consultancy, event strategy, people management, and sustainability into one seamless operation - building a reputation for reliability, innovation and data-driven execution.
What followed were bigger ideas, bolder goals and stronger collaborations.

Meaning “My Earth” in Khasi, Mei Mariang drives ISMG’s sustainability mission.
From data surveys to waste characterisation, and handling event waste management as well as creating livelihood opportunities for grassroot stakeholders, designing government projects and conducting environmental community awareness drives, Mei Mariang proves that sustainable systems can be both practical and impactful.
