// Who We Are
Lehkai Sports began with a simple belief: that great sporting experiences don’t happen by accident, they’re built with care, structure, and a deep understanding of the people behind the game.
What started as a small operations team within Infinite Solutions Management Group (ISMG) has grown into one of Northeast India’s most trusted names in sports operations, technical management and grassroots development. Over the years, our role has become clear: we make sport work for organisers, athletes, fans and entire communities
// Our Journey
Our story truly took shape in 2017, when we stepped into the field as the operational partner for Reliance Foundation Youth Sports in Meghalaya. It wasn’t just a project, it was a turning point.
The work demanded:
- • precision under pressure
- • adaptable systems
- • community-first planning
- • an ability to turn challenges into workable, on-ground processes.
And we delivered.
That experience laid the foundation for everything that followed.
From the electrifying energy of the Durand Cup, the fast-paced Meghalaya Super League, and the region-defining Baby Leagues, to Women’s Sports Programmes and Marathons, Lehkai Sports has been behind the scenes ensuring that every match, moment and milestone runs seamlessly.
Each project has strengthened our conviction that sport isn’t only about competition, it’s about creating environments where talent grows and communities feel connected.
